1. Shipping Partner

We have partnered with PostEx Courier to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders across Pakistan.

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may vary.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for major cities.
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).

4. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate: 200 PKR
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above 2500 PKR, applicable nationwide.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress on the PostEx Courier website or app.

6. Failed Deliveries and Re-attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, PostEx Courier will reattempt delivery.
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. You may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • We will work with PostEx Courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Address Changes

  • Once an order is placed, changes to the delivery address must be communicated to us within 12 hours.
  • Address changes after the order is shipped may not be accommodated.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we plan to expand our services in the future!
